Returns and Refund Policy

At Bommatoys, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund only under the following circumstances:

  1. Purchase Error
    • If an error directly attributable to us occurs during the purchase (e.g., incorrect item shipped or billing errors), you are entitled to a refund. Please contact us to resolve the issue promptly.
  2. Proof of Purchase
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
  3. Returns and Replacements
    • Eligibility: Returns and replacements are accepted only for defective items or transit damage. To be eligible, please provide a video of the unpacking process to verify the product’s condition.
    • Request: Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at contactbomma@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 9347381884 to initiate a return request.
    • Return Process: Once your return request is received, we will guide you through the process via email or WhatsApp. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
    • Procedure: We will arrange a pick-up of the defective item. If reverse pickup is not available in your area, please send the product back at your own expense to the following address: G-805, Aparna Sarovar Zenith, Nallagandla, Hyderabad 500046. We will reimburse the shipping costs upon receipt of the bill.
    • Customer Choice: Customers may choose between a refund or a replacement for defective items. Please make your preference known when initiating your request.
    • Exceptions: Items that are not defective or damaged during transit cannot be returned. This includes products that have been used, are in a condition other than as received, or are missing packaging.
  4. Refunds
    • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 48 hours for prepaid orders and within 7 days for COD orders after receiving the returned product. Shipping or handling fees may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
  5. Repairable Products
    • Assistance: For repairable products, we will facilitate the repairs at no additional cost. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us and back after repairs. Repairs are typically completed within a week of receiving the product.
  6. Cancellation Policy
    • Cancellation of Order: To request cancellation of an order, email contactbomma@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9347381884 within 24 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Our products are designed to be sturdy and crafted with care. However, they may break or suffer damage if handled roughly. Products damaged after two weeks of use cannot be returned or refunded. For any concerns regarding the condition of your product, please reach out to us directly.
